xsl 00ef56b08b fix(report): 错误 hint 去除「任务中心」指向 + PDF 元数据 AI 生成标识
CI / lint / typecheck / import-linter / tests / secrets (push) Canceled after 0s
Details 
- errors.py：IDEMPOTENCY_CONFLICT / TASK_STATE_INVALID 的 hint 改为「首页报告」口径（App 无任务中心页，经 hint 透出会误导）
- report.html.j2：head 增加 author/description/generator meta（WeasyPrint 落入 PDF 属性，AI 生成内容标识 CR-05）
- test_report_export.py：+2 单测（模板 meta 渲染 + PDF 产物 Info 字典解压断言，不新增依赖）

多 agent 评审 R3/R4 产物；单测 576 passed

xsl cd0ddb131b feat(report): 报告 PDF 导出管线（Phase A，WeasyPrint 服务端渲染） 
- POST /reports/{id}/export：request_key 幂等 + hd_export 日配额三段式（reserve/commit/refund）+ tier2 熔断场景闸（BudgetGuardDep），仅 succeeded 报告可导
- GET /reports/{id}/export/download：归属校验 + 路径收敛（rendered_asset_key 必须落在 report_export_dir 内），FileResponse 携带 UTF-8 文件名
- celery 任务 meida.report.export（cpu 队列）：渲染→落盘 var/exports→回写 rendered_asset_key；业务性拒绝（报告状态变化）结案退款不重试，基础设施异常重试一次后兜底结案退款
- packages/report/pdf：Jinja2 模板 + WeasyPrint 渲染器（url_fetcher 全拒外部资源防 SSRF；维度中文名按 DIMENSION_BY_KEY 回填；色板维度渲染色卡）
- 单测 10 例（资格/幂等/并发同键/下载校验/渲染）；scripts/seed_pdf_e2e.sql 供本地 E2E 造数

xsl d974526904 chore(prep): shared groundwork for batch-4 (report pipeline) 
第四批（T15 编排/T16 视觉诊断/T17 文案校验）协调提交：
- 迁移 0006：rp_report（result JSONB 按阶段键承载中间态）/rp_input
 （derived_features 视觉中间态）/rp_share（V1 只建结构）
- ORM 三模型；错误码 40420/40920（文案无价格字样）
- 配置：report_pipeline_stages（dotted path 动态装配）+ vision/tier
- packages/report/pipeline.py：Stage Protocol + ReportContext（三任务共同契约，
  动态 import 的动机与代价写在 docstring）
- 路由桩 reports.py 已注册

xsl d5f366fa4c chore(prep): shared groundwork for the Sprint-2 parallel batch 
第二批（T6~T11）协调提交：
- 迁移 0005：kb 七表（entity/relation/rule/chunk vector1024+tsv 生成列/
  asset/color/gap），HNSW+GIN 索引，FK 级联
- ORM：七个 Kb* 模型（pgvector Vector/TSVECTOR/Computed）
- 配置：检索与 embedding、华为 JWKS、短信全参数组
- 错误码：40110/40111/42910/42911/61000
- 骨架路由：kb.py + auth_sms.py（已注册）；依赖：tencentcloud-sdk-python-sms
  + spike extra（onnxruntime/opencv）；gitignore：models/ 与 spike 输出

xsl 9e7a886863 chore(prep): shared groundwork for the parallel task batch 
多 agent 并行批次的协调提交（消除全部共享文件冲突面）：
- 迁移 0004：id_session + ob_event 两表（T3/T4 用，任务不再写迁移）
- ORM：UserSession / ObEvent；错误码：九个新码（40xxx/60006，含 meta）
- 配置：四档 tiers / refresh TTL / 任务奖励注册表 / 埋点上限 / COS 直传全套
- 骨架：packages/analytics + packages/storage + events/uploads 空路由（已注册）
- deps：AnalyticsServiceDep / StorageServiceDep；DailyBudgetGuard 接收 tiers
- uv add cos-python-sdk-v5；import-linter/CI/Makefile 纳入两个新包

xsl 12583e9739 feat(shared): cross-cutting plumbing and pure domain layer 
Typed pydantic-settings config, structlog JSON logging with request/trace id
propagation and redaction of phone numbers, tokens and face keys, the unified
response envelope and error-code table from 架构文档 §9.2, async SQLAlchemy
session management, ORM models for the eight foundation tables, and the
OpenTelemetry/Prometheus wiring.

packages/domain stays pure logic -- snowflake ids, the quota three-phase
protocol and the tk_task state machine -- so it can be tested without a
database and is held to mypy strict.
