+2026-10-13 本地兼容补丁：不再按 UA 名称判断触摸设备，改用 `navigator.maxTouchPoints > 0` 或 `ontouchstart` 能力；解决不带 Android 标识的 OpenHarmony/ArkWeb 被错误绑定鼠标事件的问题。事件坐标按 `touches/changedTouches` 读取，不依赖全局 `TouchEvent` 构造函数存在。上游版本和 MIT 声明保留，升级依赖时须保留此补丁并运行 `h5/test/harmony-picker.mjs` 回归。
