xsl 3fe5f6cf0d fix: batch_grow_v2.py 的 hr_options 从 HR_OPTIONS 动态生成，不再硬编码两档 ...

旧代码硬编码 hr_options=[hr,nohr]，导致仅非高清批量跑完后 meta 仍含 hr 档，
报告脚本取 hr_opts[0]=hr 与实际结果的 nohr 不匹配，结果图全部渲染不出来。
