chore: 重绘服务拆到远程机器 117.50.183.232:8899

接口2 female 后端(generate_grow_results_swap)、test_interface12.html、
test_interface12_final.html 三处重绘调用地址由本机 127.0.0.1:8899 改为远程
117.50.183.232:8899，本机不再跑重绘服务（释放本机显存）。

地址仍可用 HAIR_LOCAL_REDRAW_URL 环境变量覆盖。
