chore: 固化 WebUI 底模为 v1-5，并纳入仓库配置副本

本机无 majicmix，将 sd_model_checkpoint 固定为 v1-5-pruned-emaonly；因 onediff/webui 是独立 git 仓无法直接跟踪，配置副本放在 configs/。
